Why us
Cleaned the way you’d clean for family.
Every Housewarm visit is done by the same person. Before this was a company, it was forty years of keeping a home for the people she loves. That is the standard your house gets.
The person who will be in your home
Not a crew. Not whoever the app sent. Her.
In her words
Not only am I a professional mother, but I’ve always loved cleaning, and it has been the way I show and express love to my family for the past 40 years of my life.Housewarm’s founding cleaner. She does every visit herself.
A mother runs a house differently from a cleaning crew. She does not clean to a checklist because someone handed her one; the checklist exists because that is how she already does it. The corners get done because they would get done at home. The inside of the microwave gets done because nobody in her family has ever had to ask.
That is why the price is flat, why the same person comes every time, and why every room is photographed: not as a policy, but because it is how you would want your own home handled if you could not be there to see it.
The business around her
We built the rest of it backwards on purpose.
Most cleaning companies keep the price, the checklist and the breakage policy behind a phone call. We put all three on the website. Here is the reasoning behind every decision that looks unusual.
Why the prices are public
Because "call for a free estimate" costs you an afternoon to protect a number that was never a secret. If our price is fair it survives being published, and if it isn't, hiding it only delays the conversation.
Why it's flat, not hourly
An hourly meter punishes us for getting faster and makes you watch the clock in your own house. A flat price means efficiency is our problem to solve and our gain to earn — never a bill you didn't expect.
Why the same cleaner every time
Rotating crews clean a house to a generic standard. Yours has particulars — a mirror that streaks, a dog that can't get past the kitchen, a shelf nobody should touch. Those only get learned once if it's the same person.
Why we photograph every room
It does three jobs. It's how we check our own work on a house we might not have stood in. It means neither of us ever argues about what a room looked like. And it means being out of the house doesn't mean being in the dark.
Why the breakage policy is published
Because it's the question everybody wonders about and nobody asks. A breakage handled openly makes a client for years. One you discover a week later costs us the client, the review, and every referral behind it.
Why there's no contract
If the work is good you'll stay. If it isn't, a contract was never going to fix that — it just makes leaving unpleasant. Cancel any time, no fee, and nobody will call to talk you out of it.
We're new here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Housewarm started in 2026, so there's no wall of reviews on this site and we won't invent one. Behind it are forty years of keeping a home, years of hotel and private-home cleaning, a written standard for every room, and photographic proof of every job we do.
You don't have to take a stranger's word for any of it. Book one clean, look at the photos, and decide from there.
Real rooms, real jobs
Forty years, and this is what it looks like.
Two rooms from real jobs. Same room, same visit, before and after.
