The one most people land on, and the rate the published price list is built around. Enough time to notice the difference, not enough for anything to get away from you.
Monthly
About 15% above the biweekly rate per visit, because a month of build-up is genuinely more work. Honest rather than flattering.
No contract, ever
Cancel whenever, no fee, and nobody will ring you to talk you out of it. If the work is good you'll stay; if it isn't, a contract wouldn't have fixed that.
